We ship free using priority service from USPS Due to recent changes by the USPS regarding first-class parcels we have increased product prices slightly to include 2 day USPS priority service. Please note Priority is no longer guaranteed 2 day as the USPS is understaffed due to Covid & vaccine mandates, and there are current supply chain issues. Please choose overnight if you need your product immediately for Mon-Thurs orders. We use a special produce keeper bag.
We are foraging every day except Friday & Saturday, If we are sold out please add your email to be notified or check back tomorrow. We are basing our inventory on daily foraging capabilities. Your pine will be shipped within 24 hrs from harvest.

Fri - Sun orders with fresh needles will ship out on Monday due to limited Post office hours as foraging & processing every morning takes time.
Freshly foraged pine needles from the Pine Tree State make the most nurturing tea. All of our needles are foraged sustainably from the forests of Westen Maine. We selectively and lightly harvest tips and needles from juvenile Eastern White pine and ship within 24 hours from harvest.
*** Pine needle tea is not recommended for pregnant women, those with low blood pressure, folks with a bleeding disorder like hemophilia, or pine nut allergies.
Store needles in the freezer for 4-6 months
Bring water temperature up so it's just warm to the touch, cut up one tablespoon of pine needles with scissors into smaller pieces. You may mash needles if you want to release more oils for a stronger flavor. Allow the brew to steep for 24 hours ( you can make it as a sun tea too. This milder temperature brew method preserves higher vitamin concentrations. Optional: add honey, lemon, and ice when serving strain and enjoy!
Steeped Hot Brew:
Bring water to a boil and take off the stove. Cut up one tablespoon of pine needles with scissors into smaller pieces. You may mash needles if you want to release more oils for a stronger flavor. Allow the brew to steep for 5 minutes minimum or longer for a stronger flavored tea. Optional: Add honey and lemon for a brighter flavor strain and enjoy!
We are foraging to order When we get our daily orders we hike out into the forest to harvest and then we ship within 24 hours from harvest. We are harvesting daily with the exception of Friday & Saturday. If you need your item immediately, it is best to check in with an email or phone call prior to ordering to confirm we can accommodate your timeframe. We check our email regularly.
Shipping Policy: US customers receive free 2-3 day shipping please do not select a shipping option when checking out. These options are for folks that choose expedited shipping or for International orders, 2-3 day shipping is free, however, this timeframe is not guaranteed by the post office. We use a special produce keeper bag that keeps the needles fresh for up to 8 days in transit. The only guaranteed shipping service on the platform we use is Priority Mail Express which is 1 day shipping. Please keep this in mind if you are working under a time constraint.
