We brew our bitters for three months minimum for the most terpene-rich, pine popping, Maine forest flavor possible.
We love this flavor profile to create fun cocktails and mocktails and love to add a dash to hot cocoa or some lemon tea!
As with all of our products we harvest sustainably from juvenile white pines in the forests of Western Maine
